Welcome to the School of Accounting and Finance. I am delighted to tell you about our School, where we are a community of students, alumni, faculty, and staff. 

First, we have outstanding students who are studying corporate finance, investment management, public accounting, management accounting, and taxation at the undergraduate and Master’s level. In addition, our PhD program has produced more accounting faculty than any other program in Canada.

Second, we have excellent alumni who have gone on to very successful careers in finance and accounting, and through their success have elevated the reputation of the School.

Third, we have the best faculty. They not only help our students prepare for their careers, but also through their research, contribute insights into the fields of accounting and finance. 

Finally, we have high quality facilities where our students not only learn in state-of-the-art classrooms, but also informally in their own dedicated student space. Overall, we are a School that helps our students develop the competencies, professionalism, and practical experience to excel in their careers.
