David Rozee, BMath, CA, CPA

David graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics in 1988, when Fed Hall was the new building on campus and the CICA Handbook was only one binder. He earned his CA designation the following year, and later in his career earned the US Certified Public Accountant designation. He is a partner in the Toronto practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

David has worked in various areas of PricewaterhouseCoopers, but in the past seven years has been primarily focused on the technology, communications, entertainment and media sector. He works with Canadian and US public and private companies of various sizes and stages of development. David has also been active in the firm’s Human Resources group and in developing audit methodology. In the past year, David was married and had the opportunity for extended travel under the firm’s extended leave program.
