Hannah Chow, Mtax 2002, CA

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. In 2002, she graduated with a Masters of Taxation from the University of Waterloo and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation. Hannah joined KPMG LLP in 2001, working in the Vancouver office in the Canadian resource tax group. Hannah remained with KPMG LLP, working as a Senior Manager in its Canadian resource tax group and later in its international tax group until 2009, when she decided to start her own tax practice in partnership with Michael Sadhra, CA. Together they formed Sadhra & Chow LLP, a business focusing on servicing the public mining companies in Vancouver, providing tax accounting, advisory and compliance services.

Hannah lives in Vancouver and is married to a professional chef. Hannah is a strong supporter of work life balance and in her spare time, she enjoys practicing hatha yoga, trying new cuisine with her husband, traveling, recreational scuba diving in Maui, skiing and snowboarding in Whistler, and spending time with family and friends.
