Suzanne graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1992 with a BA (Co-op Accounting). She earned her CA designation the same year, and later in her career earned the U.S. Certified Public Accountant designation. She is a technology audit partner in the Washington, D.C. practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Suzanne’s career at PricewaterhouseCoopers has been primarily focused on the technology industry and in particular the telecommunications industry. Her client portfolio has ranged from rapidly growing private ventures to large public international billion-dollar companies. She has led engagement teams on three IPOs and has provided assistance and advice in various other recurring and non-recurring SEC filings involving both debt and equity and is a member of many due diligence teams. In Fall of 2007, Suzanne has taken on the added challenge of becoming an adjunct professor to teach auditing to senior students at George Mason University.
Suzanne enjoys cycling and international travel.
